Shipping policy
All orders are processed Monday through Friday and are fulfilled within 24 hours of placement (always quicker when we can), we try and also pack on the weekends and public holidays, however we can't get them picked up on those days.
As soon as orders have left our warehouse they are out of It's Olio’s control and are in the trusting hands of Australia Post / Courier Service partner. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your tracking number from us but updates from courier service too.
Please note that It's Olio will not be held responsible for items that are left unattended by your local postal service. Once an item states ‘delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any enquiries with Australia post or SENDLE, we are here to help though!
We want to be upfront with you: if something goes wrong during delivery—like the package being stolen, returned to sender, or similar—we often end up covering the costs of resending, which can be tough for a small, independent business like ours. To help us avoid this, please double-check that all your details are entered correctly. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting us—it means the world!
